Technology development for producing plastic lubricant with secondary raw materials
Abstract
The study explores the possibility of obtaining a new plastic lubricant based on secondary raw materials and local resources. The production of plastic lubricant from waste allows for the replacement of industrial raw materials, which will impact the cost-effectiveness of their production. Moreover, the use of waste ensures environmental safety. A comparative analysis of plastic lubricants was conducted based on all major properties. The properties characterizing modern plastic lubricants were examined, and the most significant operational properties were determined. Market information on plastic lubricants is provided. An analysis of research in the field of plastic lubricants dedicated to import substitution was carried out. The plastic lubricant obtained in laboratory conditions is not inferior in quality to general-purpose lubricants.
