Kontribusi Jenjang Pendidikan, Penataran, dan Kegiatan KKG terhadap Peningkatan Kemampuan Profesional Guru
Abstract
The study is aimed at knowing the level of contribution of educational level, training course, and activity involvement in teacher working group towards professional competence of elementary school teachers. To get the data required for this study, questionaires and self-assessment are used. The result of the data analysis shows that educational level, training course, and involvement in teacher working group activity give significant contribution toward the professional competence of elementary school teachers. Of the three independent variables, the involvement in teacher working group activity gives the highest contribution towards professional competence of elementary school teachers, and training course has the least contribution.
