MORPHOFUNCTIONAL PECULIARITIES OF ARHITECTONIC OF MICROCIRCULATORY BED IN KIDNEYS IN NORM AND CERTAIN CARDIOVASCULAR DISEASES
Abstract
Purpose: To study the structural changes of the architectonics of renal microvasculature in cardiovascular diseases.Materials and methods: The investigation has been performed in 178 kidneys of human corpses of various ages. 110 of them died from some cardiovascular diseases (atherosclerosis of the abdominal aorta, hypertension, chronic ischemic cardiac disease and their combinations) and 68 from mechanical asphyxia. Macro-microscopical, histological, biometrical methods and scanning electron microscopy have been used. Results: We revealed following microcirculatory bed’s changes: juxtamedullary shunting, excessive hyperemia and considerable deterioration of blood supplay both the renal cortical and medullary parts.Summary: The greatest changes in architectonics of microcirculatory bed in kidneys were observed at hypertension combined with chronic cardiac ischemia, and the least ones- at atherosclerosis.
