Mycorrhizal association of <i>Ochlandra travancorica</i> in Kerala, India
Abstract
The Reed Bamboo is one of the most important sources of raw material for the paper and pulp industry, traditional cottage industries and is widely distributed in the Kerala State in Western Ghats. Terminal feeder roots and rhizosphere soil samples of the Ochlandra travancorica were collected in July 2011 from different localities in Kollam and Thiruvananthapuram districts of Kerala State.
