Abstract

隨著人口老化趨勢，台灣已列入老人國之林，各種相關問題將陸續浮現，產官學界亟需各相關學科及跨學科之研究，第一步乃研究資源之建立。因此，本文主 要目的在簡要回顧老人學之興起與發展，並初步調查老年及老人研究資源，以提供進一步調查之基礎，作為未來建置老人研究中心館藏蒐藏之參考。The coming of an ageing society is a global trend. Taiwan is included as one of the ageing societies, according to United Nations’ criterion. There are many social, educational, and medical issues ahead and much research is needed to form the proper policies and decision-making. The purpose of this article is two fold: first, to trace the establishment and development of gerontology internationally; and secondly, to tap research resources on gerontology based on a preliminary survey of literature and Internet.頁次：93-114
