The sustainability is a hot topic in the international debate, enphasizing the importance of cities and focusing on the issues of planning inefficiency, occupation disorder, precarious housing, environmental degradation and social insecurity. Under the same context, the idea of neighborhood sustainability was developed, adressing sustainability on a scale of greater detail. Through this perspective, this article aims to partially analyze the sustainability of two neighborhoods in the city of Campo Mourão, Paraná. Selected indicators were applied based on principles and premises published in international Charters. Results indicate that both neighborhoods present similarities in structural terms, but do not meet desirable results in all applied indicators. This situation reflects a growing condition in Brazilian cities, where neighborhoods have ceased to gain functional relevance in terms of mobility and health infrastructure, education and recreation.
