Natural Phenomena in the Mechanism of Legal Regulation

Abstract

The article examines the interaction of nature phenomena and law in the regulation of social relations. The author proves that natural phenomena should be considered when legal acts are worked out. The analysis of the place and role of natural phenomena in the mechanism of legal regulation is analysed.
