The article considers educational partnership as an integral part of social partnership, which coordinates the efforts of all participants in the process of professional training, namely employers and professional educational organizations. The subject of the study is the types andforms of interaction between employers and educational organizations, their impact on the practical training of qualified personnel. The authors analyze the established practice of interaction between employers and professional educational organizations of the Voronezh Region, concluding that today the so-called «traditional» mechanisms of interaction are most in demand in educational partnerships, which primarily correspond to the conditions of socio-economic development of a particular region.
