On a sample of 18 students of the Faculty of sports and physical education, age 20 years ± 6 months, divided into 3 groups (one control and two ekperimentalne) the as- sessment of upper extremity repetitive forces wos done. After three different protocols of warming up the motorical measurements gave us some results. The results obtained in the final measurement point to the positive effects of warming on the selected protocol level repetitive forces
