The aim of this paper is to identify and select the major criteria necessary for evaluating the educational software interfaces. In our research, we used two methodologies to identify and select criteria and for this purpose were involved 48 people. Based on our study, from 16 criteria with 32 bipolar values were selected the top rating five hedonic criteria and five pragmatic as the most important ones. Therefore, if we want to evaluate educational interfaces we need to pay attention to these 10 pragmatic-hedonic criteria.
