Abstract

Lectio Prima delivered by Guy Verhofstadt, MEP, Leader of the ALDE Group in the European Parliament, on the occasion of receiving the Doctor Honoris Causa award from the National University of Political Studies and Public Administration, Bucharest (Romania). The awarding ceremony took place on November 8, 2013, as part of the „European Citizenship Week”.
