Nurse educators practice reflective practice daily as they educate future generations of nurses. It is in the process of reflection that nurse educators contemplate their approaches to teaching and strategize their desired learning outcomes for students’ success. It is the contemplation of pedagogy that promotes innovation and motivation for nurse educators to impact the lives of pre-licensure students, and ultimately, the patients to whom they will provide care.
