Abstract
This article presents a study of satisfaction with interpersonal relationships in the organization. There are different approaches of understanding interpersonal relationships and satisfaction show in the organization.The aim of this research work is to extend the concept of interpersonal relationships in the organization, highlighting the main components. For the first time the concept and model of satisfaction with interpersonal relationships in the organization has been validated and verified in our empirical study using the developed author’s method.The hypothesis is that the formation of secure attachment between the stakeholders (the subjects of social relations) contributes to the development of relationships in the direction to the type «resonance», using the strategy of «recovery» after the tension, which will increase the cooperation between individuals is more efficient.The result of research work is that we received a refined and expanded understanding of satisfaction with interpersonal relationships in the organization, developed the space model of development the interpersonal relations in the organization, and developed an unique technique «Ingredients of satisfaction with interpersonal relationships». Moreover, in the present article we have shown that interpersonal relationships in the organization are developing in the space, defined by emotional attachment and displacement of social clarity.
