Key Clinical Message Primary pancreatic lymphoma is a rare disease that can mimic acute pancreatitis. Since the prognosis and approaches differ, clinicians should differentiate it from other pancreatic diseases, especially autoimmune pancreatitis and adenocarcinoma.
