Abstract

The restrictive right penalty was created by the criminal politic for the opening through the civil society with the links ol solidarity. The restrictive right penalty is a consequence of the evolution of the repressive penal culture for the educational cultural of the citizenship. The community is calIed lo take part into the process of development o! social integration. Thus, the man can be integrated into the society through the penalty. This role has been played for the Universidade Federal Fluminense, which have received the man who has been sentenced for the community service order.
