The objective was based on analyzing the current competitiveness in the urban public transport sector of the companies Oroconti S.A., Multioro S.A and Ciudad de Machala S.A. Through a non-experimental descriptive methodology. Social responsibility in companies Oroconti S.A., Ciudad de Machala S.A. and Multioro S.A. undertakes with the users to inform all the security measures that are linked in their units, which makes it known that their professional drivers are trained and that they go through a database qualifying them as suitable to exercise their position, reflect as a company they adhere to the operations contracts and guidelines issued by the company superintendency of Ecuador and GAD Movilidad Machala. Thus, Oroconti S.A., has led in recognition in the transport sector in the city of Machala.
