This paper presents as objective discussing the right to the city, health and the social and environmental issue on the basis of Marxist foundations on the structural crisis of capital. The research is made up of a bibliographical research. The scenario of barbarism is debated by the macrodeterminations of capital, which represent expressions of miserableness, mass sickness and unsustainable social and environmental conditions with cities as the center of inequalities. It can be seen that class and urban clashes cross a class state with the direction of social policies defined by mercantile interests and resistance movements. Finally, the conclusions point out that the struggles for the right to health and housing must present an anti-capitalist banner.
