The purpose of the work is to outline the need and propose possible ways to ensure the work and unification of Ukrainian registers of scientific purpose with the help of the National Electronic Scientific Information System in the context of digital transformations and the introduction of the state policy of open science in Ukraine. Methodology. The work is based on the comparative method of cognition. Statistical methods of processing scientific materials, generalization and systematization methods are applied too. Scientific novelty. On the basis of the review of the work algorithm of the module for the procedure of inclusion in the State Register of scientific institutions that receive state support, for the sake of further unification, for the first time, similar work schemes were proposed for the modules for the procedure for the registration of scientific objects that constitute national property, as well as for the maintenance of the Register of Research Infrastructures. Conclusions. The article analyzes the possible ways of unifying registers of scientific purpose in Ukraine using the capabilities of the National Electronic Scientific Information System. The relevance of the chosen topic and the investigated problem is due to the fact that the Association Agreement between Ukraine and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their member states provides for Ukraine's course aimed at attracting it to the European Research Area. Such involvement is impossible without coordination of current state policies in the field of science (in particular, the policy of open science), as well as without the creation and improvement of tools for the implementation of such policies. Therefore, consideration of the current state and possible ways of development and improvement of the processes provided by the modules of the National Electronic Scientific Information System is relevant given the fact that this system is a tool of direct action for the implementation of the policy of open science in Ukraine. According to the results of the research, conclusions were drawn regarding the difficulty of bringing Ukrainian registers of scientific purpose to a single form and standards, however, it was emphasized that the process of the maximum possible unification of registers is, although difficult, but necessary.
