One‐by‐one immediate dental implants: A papillae preservation concept for adjacent implants in a compromised periodontal case

Abstract

Abstract In an immediate implant placement and provisionalization strategy, the esthetic results of multiple adjacent implants can be obtained even with compromised periodontium by implementing the “one‐by‐one” protocol. Staged extractions of multiple adjacent teeth to maintain soft tissue architecture are a key feature of the technique described.
