Let’s Chat with a Perfect Stranger: Multiple Literacy and Learning the Pandemic through Whatsapp Theatre

Abstract

This essay looks at an online interactive theatrical experience titled Project Perfect Stranger by ZU-UK that helps its participants reflect upon the pandemic and themselves through mediated WhatsApp interactions with a perfect stranger. Moreover, this is a participant observant inquiry into the project. The study looks at how virtual theatrical experiences can offer multiple possibilities/levels of learning.
