Nursing of a patient with tuberculous subcutaneous abscess misdiagnosed as phlebitis after peripheral venous indwelling needle placement (1例经外周静脉留置针穿刺发生结核性皮下脓肿误诊为静脉炎的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the nursing management for a patient with tuberculous subcutaneous abscess misdiagnosed as phlebitis after peripheral venous indwelling needle placement. Attention should be paid to identify the difference between the clinical manifestations of tuberculous subcutaneous abscess and phlebitis, and to analyze the causes of tuberculous subcutaneous abscess. In addition to the targeted treatment, nursing interventions including incision and drainage of abscess, skin care and nutritional support should be carried out to improve the treatment outcome and recovery of the patient. (本文总结1例经外周静脉留置针穿刺发生结核性皮下脓肿误诊为静脉炎的临床护理经验。结核性皮下脓肿易与静脉炎发生混淆, 临床施治时应注意鉴别。应重视脓肿切开引流、皮肤的护理、营养支持等结核性皮下脓肿的护理要点, 积极开展针对性治疗和干预。)
