DAVID HUERTA E LA MUSICA DI CIÒ CHE ACCADE

Abstract

David Huerta was born in Mexico City in 1949, but claims to be reborn again in 1968, after the massacre of students in the Tlatelolco Square by hands of the Mexican army. This dramatical moment on Mexican 20th century history has marked his life and his poetical work, strongly politically committed, without diminishing, tough, the quality nor the intensity of his poetical voice. In this article the author analyzes some of Huerta’s poems, it’s relation to hispanic poetry, and their.musicality. David Huerta è nato in Città del Messico nel 1949, ma ama ripetere di essere ri-nato nel 1968, dopo il massacro degli studenti perpetrato dall’esercito messicano nella Piazza di Tlatelolco. Questa drammatica vicenda della storia messicana del ventesimo secolo ha segnato non solo la sua vita, ma anche la sua opera fortemente impegnata nel sociale, senza però diminuire la sua qualità né l'intensità della sua voce poetica. In quest’articolo l’autore analizza alcuni dei componimenti poetici di Huerta e la sua relazione con la tradizione poetica ispanica, ma anche rapportandoli con il forte impegno sociale e la musicalità dei suoi versi.
