Impacts of Graphene Nanoribbon Production Methods on Oxygen‐Reduction Electrocatalysis in Different Environments
Abstract
Abstract Invited for this issue's Front Cover is the group of Prof. Dr. Gilberto Maia. The cover picture schematically illustrates ways to optimize graphene nanoribbons for use in energy‐related electrocatalytic processes, specifically in the oxygen reduction reaction (ORR). Emphasis is placed on the interplay between edge defects, oxygenated groups inherited from the CNT opening process, and their collective influence on the N‐ and P‐doping process. This modulation affects the ORR performance and H2O2 selectivity for specific conditions. Read the full text of the Research Article at 10.1002/celc.202300505.
