Implementation Pattern for Human Resource Information System in Large and Medium-sized Companies

Attention to technology development is a need to achieve sustainable competitive advantage and success of any organization. In addition, due to limitations in the supply and use of resources, and also importance of HR in any organization shows the importance of human resource management in organizations. In this research that is the descriptive study, factors affecting the implementation of human resources information systems in medium and large companies in Tehran province are studied. Statistical Society in this research included 125 companies with more than 150 personals. In this study, key factors were extracted according to recent research. Then, using the binomial test was approved and finally using analysis of variance and mean equality hypothesis, because on average ranked, and this has also been confirmed by the average difference test. The results show that the main factors: strategy management, human resources and human resource information systems specifications respectively ranked first, second and third place. As well as sub-agents and their rankings determined in this study.
