Abstract

This article is an introduction to the life and work of Don Marcos de Lanuza, first Count of Clavijo. It contains documents which allow the reconstruction of the main events in the author’s life, very useful for the understanding of his work. After the study of his poems, a short anthology is included as an appendix.
