Standard Rifle of the MSBS-5.56K Small Arm System as the Main “Polish Future Soldier” Weapon (part II)

Abstract

The main assemblies and mechanisms of the MSBS-5.56K assault rifle, developed by the Section of Special Technology of the Military University of Technology (Warsaw, Poland) and “Archer”-Radom Arms Factory LLC (Radom, Poland), are precisely described in this paper. The MSBS-5.56K Assault Rifle short development story, its role in the whole MSBS-5.56 weapon system, technical specifications, construction of main assemblies and their operation and perspectives of a project are presented in the first part [1].
