On the issue of forecasting in a present day company management

Abstract

Present day business entities are developing in dynamic environment which is characterised by a high degree of uncertainty. As a consequence, top management of an enterprise is interested in reducing the degree of uncertainty and risks, which is achieved by forecasting. This paper suggests the methods of financial forecasting that can be of help in identifying of the expected state of financial resources and the demand for them, as well as possible variants of carrying out of financial activity and will provide a background for financial planning.
