MOBILIDADE DO CAPITAL E ESTRATÉGIAS DE ACUMULAÇÃO CAPITALISTA NA AMAZÔNIA E CERRADO BRASILEIROS
Abstract
This article discusses the advance of the capital and the deployment between and over the territories of the combined movement of accumulation and expropriation, which works in conjunction with the appropriation and dispossession of common goods and ways of life in the Brazilian Amazon and Cerrado. Two different situations are analyzed: 1) the “war” between a traditional community and a multinational company located in the municipality of Barcarena/ Pará; 2) a scenario of struggle for the diversity of life against the economy of a single crop plantation in the region of the so-called Matopiba, in the east of Maranhão and in the north of Tocantins. Finally, the Consultation Protocols are emphasized as instruments of struggle and it is stated that, as important as looking at the situations understanding the territorialization of capital, it is to oppose these narratives, from the political and legal forms of claiming the right to existence as permanence.
