This article presents the results of analyzes of the content of microelements in the soil and in dried Subkhoni apricot carried out in the Batken region of Kyrgyzstan over three years (2016–2018). During the study, the spectroscopic method (OMG 6-01) on the DFS-8 device was used to determine trace elements in the ash of apricot and its main parts. The concentration of microelements in the resulting ash and in the soil is different. The main beneficial parts of an apricot are the pulp and the seed. According to research results (2016-2018), the following microelements were not found in apricot pulp: V, Cr, Mo, Ba, Pb, Zn, and copper was found in samples taken in 2017-2018. Copper distribution in plants is very variable. The copper content in the pulp, pit and stem of apricot is higher than the content in the soil in 2017-2018. The concentrations of oxides of magnesium, calcium, sodium, iron were determined and a high content of potassium oxide was revealed in apricot ash.
