Abstract

In many countries, small and medium enterprises are very important because of the role they play in the reduction of the rate of unemployment and achieving of economic growth. For this reason, governments adopted a number of policies and programs to support and create new job opportunities through these enterprises. Algeria like other countries, adopted such a program to upgrade this sector as a necessary forward step to the development of economy, which means that SMEs are now a strategic choice to ensure a sustainable and durable economic growth.
