We have measured the spectrum of the tsunami radiation at the following wavelengths: 0.73 μm, 10.8μm, 12.0μm, 6.8μm and 3.8 μm (or 13,698 cm-1, 925 cm-1, 833 cm-1, 1,470 cm-1 and 2,631 cm-1 in wave numbers). By comparing with infrared spectroscopic measurements of water, we are able to identify these transitions corroborating our hypothesis that the radiation originates from the transition of vibrational quantum energy levels of water molecules in aggregate. We have also repeated our previous study of the decay rate of tsunamis for a different tsunami. An estimate of the intensity of the tsunami radiation is made.
