Abstract
The article studies the modern state and problems of the labour market in Ukraine. The study is based on the fact that main engines of economic development are social groups that possess qualification and labour possibilities, social activity and mobility, capability to adapt to existing conditions and efficiently realise their possibilities. The article studies output factors that determine problem aspects of formation of the modern socio-demographic situation in Ukraine and create a threat to the prospects of stability of the state. It proves that the basis of formation of supply of labour in the labour market is the demographic situation in rural districts. The article provides recommendations on reduction of indicators of demographic reproduction and living standard of the population by all indicators for majority of the citizens, since the processes of demographic degradation, worsening of social conditions of reproduction, no doubt, would influence economic reformation and tie up rates of its realisation.В статье исследуется современное состояние и проблемы рынка труда в Украине. Автор основывается на том, что главным двигателем экономического развития являются социальные группы, обладающие квалификационными и трудовыми возможностями, социальной а��тивностью и мобильностью, способностью адаптироваться к сложившимся условиям и эффективно реализовать свои возможности. Исследованы выходные факторы, обусловливающие проблемные аспекты формирования современной социально-демографической ситуации в Украине и создающие угрозу перспективам стабильности государства. Доказано, что основой формирования предложения рабочей силы на рынке труда является демографическая ситуация на селе. Даны рекомендации по снижению показателей демографического воспроизводства и жизненного уровня населения по всем индикаторам для основной массы своих граждан, так как процессы демографической деградации, ухудшения социальных условий воспроизводства, несомненно, скажутся на экономическом реформировании и затормаживают темпы его реализации.
