Planning and designing the Quranic model of "Shahr Tayeb" in accordance with the second step of the revolution, in the physical realization of modern Islamic civilization
Abstract
The ideal utopia of life has always been the aspiration of all schools in human civilizations, which, although not completely, but to the extent possible, in the design, construction and formation of cities dominated by different worldviews and ideologies, from the past to the present has done. Undoubtedly, the container of civilization of cities will greatly affect the content of the citizen lifestyle and move towards the ultimate goal of the worldview that governs the body of the city, in the subconscious of citizens, propagates and facilitates. Therefore, in laying the groundwork for the realization of a new Islamic civilization in accordance with the "second step of the revolution", it is necessary to try to create an Islamic-Iranian city by discovering and recreating physical-spatial values by using up-to-date capacities in urban planning. In seven steps, the present study propounds an implementable model of the desired Islamic city in the present era called "Executive model of the city of Tayyib". This study is applied with a fundamental approach in terms of purpose and is descriptive-analytical in terms of nature and method of work and in it, the required information has been collected through two methods of documentation and survey and after selecting "Shahr Tayeb" as a comprehensive concept of Islamic city; more than 2000 indicators have been extracted from authoritative Islamic sources and theories of prominent thinkers and with additional reviews and consultation with experts, using the first step of the Delphi method; with three rounds of questionnaires among 40 experts who were selected by snowball method, 43 macro indicators were defined and selected and in the final stage, the importance and priority of these macro indicators in the executive model by designing the Delphi method questionnaire, the second stage was performed in the form of a five-choice Likerat spectrum, with two rounds of information circulation that the 82% return rate of the questionnaires as a whole indicates the strength of the results.
