On Convex Hull of Orthogonal Scalar Spectral Functions of a Carleman Operator

Abstract

In this paper we describe the closed convex hull of orthogonal resolvents of an abstract symmetric operator of defect indices (1; 1), then we study the convex hull of orthogonal spectral functions of a Carleman operator in the Hilbert space L^2(X;mu).
