Auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy and related nursing for a patient with postoperative pain after granulomatous mastitis surgery under local anesthesia (耳穴贴压治疗1例乳腺炎局部麻醉术后疼痛的护理体会)

Abstract

This paper summarized the effect observation and nursing measures for a patient with patient with postoperative pain after granulomatous mastitis surgery under local anesthesia. On the basis of improving the routine postoperative nursing, auricular acupoint sticking and pressing therapy was carried out to relieve the postoperative pain of the patients. It has the advantages of low adverse reactions, high safety and easy acceptance by patients. (本文总结1例乳腺炎局部麻醉术后疼痛患者给予耳穴贴压治疗的效果及护理措施。在完善术后常规护理的基础上, 耳穴贴压治疗能够有效缓解患者术后疼痛, 且该方法具有不良反应小、安全性高等优势, 患者易于接受。)
