Sobre la reforma local y las competencias municipales propias

Abstract

Act 27/2013 has modified basic legislation of local regime in order among others to clarify the local competences in general and avoid duplicities in particular, affecting consequently the delimitation of the own local competences. Thus, the debate over the closed or not character of the subjects with proper competence, the submission of new proper competences to the regime described for the improper ones or the consequences of the autonomic assumption of matters until now of local competence has arisen, issues that are the scope of this work.
