Conception of the Management of Bank Financial Development through the System of Rating, Prediction and External Holdings Концепция управления финансовым развитием банка через систему рейтингования, прогнозирования и внешних заимствований

Abstract

In the paper the conception of the management of bank financial development through the system of rating, prediction and external holdings is developed and grounded. Conceptually the mentioned subsystems are the tools for the supporting of the continuous system of actions for financial prediction and planning of the bank activity, and of the system of actions for realization of the target project – emergence to the foreign markets for the holdings of additional assets as one of the possible effective mechanisms of the management of bank financial development.В статье разработана и обоснована концепция управления финансовым развитием банка через систему рейтингования, прогнозирования и внешних заимствований. Концептуально указанные подсистемы становятся инструментарием для поддержки континуальной системы мероприятий по финансовому прогнозированию и планированию деятельности банка, а также системы мероприятий по реализации целевого проекта выхода на внешние рынки с целью заимствования дополнительных средств как одного из возможных эффективных механизмов управления финансовым развитием банка.
