The essence and the risk characteristics of participants of the public-private partnerships

Abstract

The article proves that in the current economic situation of public-private partnership (PPP) become one of the key mechanisms for infrastructure development. This important role is played by the risks associated with PPP projects. Detection and analysis of such risks is an important element of cooperation between the state and business. The author analyzes the different classifications of risk, their category, the author cites vision approaches to mitigate risks.
