Analysis of investment climate in Ukraine and ways of its improvement Анализ инвестиционного климата в Украине и пути его совершенствования
Abstract
The article considers the notion of investment climate in the country, analyses dynamics of inflow of direct and portfolio foreign investments into Ukraine and also the volume of outflow of financial resources from Ukraine and volume of their accumulation in the country, considers the geographical structure of foreign investments and geographical structure of their distribution in the country. It identifies key factors that influence formation of investment attractiveness of the state for foreign investors, considers main positive steps of the national government and offers possible ways of attraction of additional foreign investments into Ukrainian economy.В статье рассмотрено понятие инвестиционного климата страны, проанализирована динамика притока прямых и портфельных иностранных инвестиций в Украину, а также объем вывоза финансовых ресурсов из Украины и объем их накопления в стране, рассмотрены географическая структура иностранных инвестиций и географическая структура их распределения в стране. Определены ключевые факторы, влияющие на формирование инвестиционной привлекательности государства для иностранных инвесторов, рассмотрены основные позитивные шаги национального правительства и предложены возможные пути привлечения дополнительных иностранных инвестиций в экономику Украины.
