TRACER STUDY ALUMNUS ENGLISH DEPARTMENT AT UIN ANTASARI BANJARMASIN

Abstract

Tracer Study is one form of studies that can provide valuable information to evaluate educational outcomes of an institution. Tracer Study can provide structural data on jobs and careers, alumni experiences, and quality improvement of study programs. The type of this research is tracer study, that is, trace study of alumni to obtain information that is used as input to improve learning process and increase the relevance of graduate competence with work world needs. This research used cross sectional approach with total sampling method. Data collection techniques using questionnaires sent via e-mail, whatsApp and submit directly. In this research almost all respondents have got job. A total of 23 respondents have worked as teacher and 11 respondents work in private sector and 1 respondent continue education. The level of satisfaction of alumni is quite good. The average scores given by those employing alumni is satisfied. Most of the respondents who have work is teacher. the level of satisfaction of alumni to competency or service provided is satisfy.The level of user satisfaction is satisfy as well.
