The paper focuses on human reliability analysis which provides relative frequencies estimates for human errors in specific critical tasks in complex systems, emphasizing the exposed areas where improvements will be helpful. By means of dynamic human reliability analysis the performance factors in the context of operational regime interactions are assessed. The errors are approached by means of the probabilistic risk assessment (PRA) method for sociotechnical systems. At the side of the available time for effective human action, variables affecting human performance are identified. The proposed model has the ability to dynamically characterize a multistate system being verified and validated via a case of study, which quantifies the likelihood of human errors risk occurrence in cooling system of nuclear power plants, (NPP).
