The Organizational Climate Affecting Organizational Commitment of the Official of Agricultural Land Reform Office in the Upper Northeastern Region of Thailand

This research aims to; 1) study the level of the organizational climate of the Agricultural Land Reform Office in the upper northeastern region 2) study the level of the organizational commitment of officials of the Agricultural Land Reform Office in the upper northeastern region 3) compare the organizational commitment of the official of Agricultural Land Reform Office 4) study the relationship and influence between organizational climate and the organizational commitment of officials. The results showed that the Agricultural Land Reform Office in the upper northeastern region had a total organizational climate at a high level. The officials had a total organizational commitment at a high level. For officials with different personal backgrounds, there was no difference in organizational commitment. The organizational climate and the official organizational commitment had a positive relationship. The organization structure had the greatest impact on the official organizational commitment.
