POLITICI PUBLICE BUGETARE ASOCIATE CERINŢELOR INTEGRĂRII ÎN UNIUNEA EUROPEANĂ

Abstract

Budgetary Public Policies Associated with the Demands of the Integration in the European Union. Financial public policies integrated into a large coherent and predictable horizon have in view the growth of the budgetary flows efficiency and the establishing of priorities regarding the following directions: a) financing of convergent policies as those promoted by the European Union in the fields of: infrastructure; research and industrial development; environment; rural development. b) financing of public policies of structural adjustment in: transports; agriculture; industry; these are necessary to the increasing of competitivity in Romanian economy; continuation and consolidation of the financial policies in human resources, health and education, for obtaining a strong national economy. In this paper we also analyze these financial policies, together with establishing the budgetary flows pertaining to income as value and structures, and the expenses on destinations.
