Rehabilitation nursing of a patient with systemic sclerosis and heart failure (1例系统性硬化症合并心力衰竭患者的康复护理实践)

Abstract

This paper summarized the rehabilitation nursing for a patient with systemic sclerosis and heart failure. In order to relieve symptoms of heart failure and improve the prognosis, a comprehensive nursing plan consisting of fluid management, monitoring of heart failure-sensitive indexes, observation of disease symptoms and vital signs of the patient was established. In addition, targeted interventions on skin care, nutrition support, fall prevention and psychological health were carried out to improve the recovery and quality of life of the patient. (本文总结了1例系统性硬化症合并心力衰竭患者的康复护理经验。护理重点包括: 精准容量管理、心衰指标监测、症状体征观察、密切监测生命体征, 以减轻心力衰竭症状并防止病情加重; 同时, 开展针对性皮肤护理、营养支持、预防跌倒及心理支持等综合护理措施, 以提升患者康复效果和生活质量。)
