Immunohistochemical study is helpful in confirming the diagnosis of the disease. This report discusses the clinical manifestations, pathohistological characteristics, treatment, and prognosis of the case reported. Keywords: primary malignant fibrous histiocytoma, tumor, urothelium, and renal cell carcinoma
