This paper deals about the Administrative Courts of Contractual Review Procedures, bodies not judicial responsible for review procedures. Its creation was carried out in compliance with the Community Directives on Review Procedures and has been installed at the state, regional and local level since 2010. The new Act on Public Contracts of 2017 has significantly expanded its competences and introduced some modifications that affect the special review of which they know exclusively. The paper focuses on analyzing what are the powers of these Administrative Courts, and does a comparison with the powers of a judicial body. And it concludes that these Administrative Courts are a prior quasijudicial route rather than an administrative appeal.
