Trichobezoars are characterized as a mass of matted hair retained in the stomach. Rapunzel syndrome is characterized by a gastric trichobezoar extending beyond the pylorus and most often presents with symptoms of intestinal obstruction including abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Here we report an unusual presentation of Rapunzel syndrome causing biliary obstruction. Keywords: Trichobezoar, Cholestasis, Biliary obstruction
