Analysis of implementation of the state investment program and prospects for the construction of fishing fleet vessels in Russian shipbuilding enterprises

Abstract

Object and purpose of research. This paper analyzes implementation of the state investment program in terms of ongoing fishing vessel construction projects at Russian shipyards. Materials and methods. Information support was performed by using the builtin service methodology, which includes determining the range of primary and secondary information sources identified by relevant queries, accessing to factual data-base, and bibliometric analysis of publications. Main results. This paper describes the analysis of implementation of the state program for the construction of modern fishing vessels at Russian shipyards. Specific proposals have been developed for placing potential orders for the construction of fishing vessels to optimize the portfolio of orders for Russian shipyards participating in the investment program and are of practical interest to Federal Executive authorities responsible for its implementation (Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, Rosrybolovstvo, and Minvostokrazvitiya), as well as for organizations and enterprises engaged in the design and construction of modern fishing vessels, and for fishery companies that invest in construction. Conclusion. The results of the work should be the basis for determining the optimal placement of potential orders for the construction of fishing vessels in Russian shipbuilding enterprises, which will increase the ffectiveness of the state program for the construction of modern Russian fishing vessels.
