Distribution of non-metallic raw materials enterprises with regard to infrastructure rehabilitation by regions of Ukraine

Abstract

The efficiency of non-metallic mining enterprises is associated with resource conservation: a minimum of material (fuel and energy, natural, human) and economic (monetary) resources. In this regard, the question arises of the need to establish the specifics of the distribution of non-metallic raw materials enterprises by regions of Ukraine, to develop cost-saving technologies for the extraction of non-metallic minerals for the further production of the necessary construction materials. Statistical methods of processing results and analysis of energy system utilization were used in the research. Military operations on the territory of Ukraine have led to the destruction of infrastructure, settlements, and loss of human resources. To restore them, the possibilities by regions and oblasts are considered, taking into account the location of deposits, delivery of construction raw materials to those regions where there is a need. The article considers the state of energy consumption in the regions where the main production of non-metallic raw materials is located. The analysis of energy production and energy consumption is made, taking into account the risks of martial law and military operations on the territory of Ukraine, which should be taken into account when justifying the energy supply of enterprises for the development of non-metallic raw materials with further processing.
