Conceptual principles for Ukrainian geological branch development in terms of European integration

Abstract

The mineral complex state was analyzed and its role in the restructuring of the Ukrainian economy, optimization areas base forming for rising resource independence of Ukraine were defined in open market economy conditions. The general state of subsoil use legal regulation was characterized. The features of governance and the role of state and private organizations, institutions and enterprises in subsoil relations were reviewed. The concept of the human resources rebalancing in this branch and the economic mechanism reform of scientific and exploration activities for mineral resource base development of the state was elaborated.
